Benefits

Relax tight muscles can help improve circulation, joint mobility and flexibility. It can help you to move more freely and ease many short and long-term niggles. But Holistic massage therapy goes further. It is providing a caring space in time to help soothe and quieted busy minds, reducing stress and helping to reconnect the ‘whole person’.

What to Expect with your Massage

All kinds of massages work on skin, muscles, bones and joints. These work best on bare skin. At first you have to undress just as far as you feel comfortable. At all times you will be covered with a sheet and / or towels. You will be only uncovered the part of which is about to work on at that time.  It is for making sure that you are feeling comfortable and confident that your modesty is being protected at all times. They will discuss how you feel following the massage at the end of the massage.  Their Practice Rooms is in Clifton and the therapy room is at Active8 Health & Fitness in Westbury Park.
