Lynn Rees Sports Massage

Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons.
My name is Lynn. I have qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2003. I have gained experience working in Andrew Seary's physiotherapy clinic in Whitchurch and with the Welsh rugby and netball squads. In addition I haves worked with Whitchurch Saints hockey club, Welsh Hockey and was Sports Massage Therapist to the Madonna Tour. I also work in a special needs school with children with physical disabilities and autism.

I have gathered working gathered working experiences on physiotherapists for three years. After that in 2006 I have opened a private clinic at home which has grown from strength to strength.
I am still an active hockey player, playing in both local leagues and internationally. When I was working as sportswoman I have gathered a vast experience in working environments. I understand the different stresses very much and strains the body can be under from both physical activities and daily life.

I am also a qualified practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming and utilises this in my treatments. Individual sessions can also be arranged to tackle more specific issues.

I am diploma in Sports Massage (UWIC). I am a member of the SMA (Sports Massage Association) . And also practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming.
