I was Fitness Instructor and a Massage Therapist. I repeatedly saw the benefits of massage during rehabilitation from numerous conditions.  The Palms Massage Studio provides:- Massage, Swedish Massage also know as Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy and a range of Facials and beauty treatments from a relaxing studio in Keyham, Plymouth.

Swedish massage is a smooth, loosening massage which is using natural oils or lotions. This treatment can also be a firm, rejuvenating massage applying deeper tissue work to help release engrained aches and tension.

Deep Tissue Massage helps to free up your body and improves flexibility.

We give the massage services which are carried out from our studio in Plymouth. We are situated just up the road from St Levans Gate in Keyham. The street parking is also available.
I am Diana Mills who is constantly updating her skills and in 2013 will also be providing Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy Massage and Waxing treatments at The Palms Massage Studio.
You can expect to be treated with respect at The Palms Massage Studio. Our clients will be talked through the treatment before the session starts. I will also explain the benefits and possible after effects of the treatment.
I will complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire during your initial consultation and review your notes before each further session. All personal details are securely locked away at the end of the day and no client details are stored on a computer.
You can cancel or change the appointment times at least 24 hours in advance of your booked appointment time. This is for avoiding a cancellation charge.
